Affirmation: When I am aware of my emotions, I transform myself. So how does Spirit talk to us? Is in head the head? No, Spirit communicates with us through the Garden of the Heart. Many of you that have worked with me have heard me say that the first three chakras (1-3) are all about the physical world. Chakras 5,6,7 are about spiritual world. The fourth Chakra, the garden of the heart is where the spirit communicates with us. If is through our heart that we connect to all our hopes, wishes and desires. Most of us and I mean many have been here on this earth plane for many lifetimes. We have seen and experienced some horrific events that have been so painful that we have closed this chakra, so we do not feel the pain of the past. If we don’t heal the pain, we cannot fully feel love and that includes the love from spirit. This channel of communication gets shut off because we numb our feelings. Today the number one disease for women is heart disease. It is time to address this issue and open our hearts to the loving beings that we are. In this course we will find the areas in the heart that are closed and begin to open the heart gracefully, easily and lovingly. If this class calls to you, I would love to have you join us.
