WE 09. Fin Whale –
Fin Whale is an empowerment essence which boosts our perceptions and improves our ability to respond to others and to difficult challenges. In crises or traumas, we can cope more calmly and easily to whatever comes at us, helping us to be a source of strength and comfort to others, when this is needed.
 
These are very large whales, second in size only to the Blue Whale and are solitary in many aspects of their lifestyle. They are very independent and strong, and they provide a strength of confidence and ease in their movement and life. This essence reflects this quality as it brings a deep easefulness to our actions with a good amount of self-reliance and strength.
 
It helps people who may be fearful or easily disoriented, will be helped to find their center, and live from their inner courage more easily. We become more attuned to other people and their needs, and we find that we can respond to these needs much better. We find that where we may have been only partially aware of a particular situation before, now with the help of this essence, we will be much more aware of any situation and our relationship to it. This strengthens our friendships and work with other people, so we can be much more successful in our application to life in general.
 
Ways to use this essence:
-This essence can also be diffused in a diffuser. Use purified water, one teaspoon of brandy and six drops of the essence.
 
-It can also be put into a spray bottle to be used as an air freshener. To Create this, use a blue glass bottle 50ml. One teaspoon of brandy, purified water. Add six drops of the essence and enjoy.
