‘Self Confidence and Courage’. A combination for those who often feel afraid, or who have subtle but very real fears. These essences banish fear, bringing our whole Being to a state of Love, which is very restoring. This essence can help us face the source of fear with courage and overcome it, bringing greater ease and confidence to our life. By helping to overcome all levels of fear and apprehension we can really move into a greater state of Love and enjoyment of life, with real togetherness with others.
Spiny Lobster - Helps to dissolve fears that we have of other people. So we can make friends of those we have been afraid of.
Wima Pilliron - Olive 3 Butterfly Essence – This colour energy in the heart chakra dissolves fears of all types freeing us up from fear generally and generating love and empathy in relationships.
Common Sea Urchin - Protects us from absorbing fears and negative emotions from others. This decreases vulnerability in relationships and strenghtens and stabilizes our energy field to give confidence in new or challenging situations.

Recommended use: Three drop a day, three times a day anywhere on the body.
If you decide to purchase or work with more than one essence, be sure to use each essence by itself for three day to help intergrate the engeries of each essence.
